Hi Experts,

We are facing a

Problem where for the same transaction XK99 we have two

Different responses for two different users.

The corresponding roles assigned to both users are given below:

ASARDESA:

M:AM_CUTOVER_SUPPORT

Z:BAS_GENERAL_USER_FUNCTIONS O

Z:BAS_GENERAL_USER_TEST1 O

Z:PR_POST_PARKED_DOCS_COMM O

Z:PR_POST_PARKED_DOCS_RES O

Z_DEVELOPER

Z_FUNCTIONAL_USER O

MPANDHAR:

Z:BAS_GENERAL_USER_FUNCTIONS O

Z:BAS_GENERAL_USER_TEST1 O

Z:CREATE_TRANSPORT

Z:PR_POST_PARKED_DOCS_COMM O

Z:PR_POST_PARKED_DOCS_RES O

Z_FUNCTIONAL_USER O

The ones marked with ‘O’ are common for both users.

Kindly tell us a valid reason why it might be the case, at which level

The problem exists and what might be the possible solutions to correct the same.

Hi,

If we check the below roles in ASARDESA: assigned roles for developer as well for MPANDHAR: not assigned developer role because of this reason it is performing different response please assin for MPANDHAR: also the developer role so that your problem will be solve.
