Hi,

I am working with IDOC for sales order VA02 transactional data. Here, for a particular sales order no I set the output type using menu path Extras~~> Output~~> Header -->EDIT for the medium "Distribution ALE" and saved them. There I filled all the detail like output, medium, partner function and partner and saved it.Once I come back, I press Sales Document --> Issue output to Its not displaying that output type in the list. How to get the output type for ALE in the list. please help me out of this... its URGENT

Hi,

You may have to configure the Output types using tcode: NACE.

Please check below contents.

1. Is your IDOC configuration has been done?? like partner profiles, ports..etc.

2. have you assigned the output type and ALE medium in the NACE.

3. Did you maintained any condition records for automatically pick up the output message or else please maintained through VA02 itself.

4. Have to maintained Furthur Data in the output i., dispatch time as 'Send Immediatly'.

I think if you check above your problem 100% will be resolved.

Thx.. I have done that.. I need to execute the program RSNAST00 to send them..
