    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;One way is to check STXFADM and STXFADMI tables.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;FM : SSF_READ_FORM.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Otherwise,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you can do it with basis help . This is true for any object not having version management. Changes are always recorded in transports . &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ask your basis guy to force import it , it will overwrite the current version . Or just copy existing Samrtform to a new name ( delete the current one ) and then ask basis to retrieve the old transport .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;plz reward points if helpful..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;check &lt;STRONG&gt;STXFADM&lt;/STRONG&gt; and &lt;STRONG&gt;STXFADMI&lt;/STRONG&gt; tables.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Other way is to use FM : &lt;STRONG&gt;SSF_READ_FORM .&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;From the Main Initial screen (SMARTFORMS) from the Menu you can copy&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;SMARTFORMS-&amp;gt; COPY&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;UTILITIES -&amp;gt; DOWNLOAD &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Go to SE09, find the request no in which smartform is there.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Select that smartform Object &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;from menu&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;OBJECT-&amp;gt; VERSIONS&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;displays the 2 to 3 lines&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Select the lines Press DISPLAY&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;displays all version.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Reward points if useful&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
