Smartform or Sapscript for t code f.64

Hi Gurus

how can i know the smartform / sapscript name after opening the page respectively

I am using t code f.64 and enter the relevent corresponding details and execute it so that another report opens and after double clicking the corresponding number it opens with smartform or sapscript

now my question is how can i know the name of this form to do some modification

when i go to status it is displaying program name as SAPF140P and t code f.64 but unable to find the name of the script (smartform or sapscript)

This form basically is statement for the period date from period ending date to

can anyone help me in searching this form please

U can check it in the NACE Trn. or TNAPR table for the corresponding program of Tcode

Check the NACE transaction to get the name of the program attached to that.

I can able to open the form from t code f.64 but what is the form name how do i know............It make me crazy I am searching to find but unable to locate the name
