Qty Unit Display

HI Experts,

In my classical report I have fetched MATNR, MEINS Fields from MARA. displayed on screen and then saved it in ztable. If again I fetch the data from ztable the UNITs are displaying correct except DRM unit. It shows *****. And in status bar it shows

Internal Unit DRM, language EN is not maintained

I hav checked in my ZTABLE, it shows DRM in MEINS field. But When I double click the row to see in Vertical manner, this time MEINS field shows *** .

what would b the cause.

Plz help. urgent.

Check the entry in table T006A (probably there is no entry for EN).

There is no entry of DRM in T006A. How can I add it.

How to create the new Unit of Measurement?

The Path(to create UOM) is as follows:

SPRO~~->General Settings~~->Check Uuits of Measurements

in Check units of measurements you need to define Dimension, ISO Code, Units of measurement.

Maybe you can maintain the text there (Transaction CUNI). Reward if useful!

Use transaction SM31 for table T006A and hit button Customizing.

In ISO Code I have added the new UNIT and save it. what next I wil do to so that it can add in T006A table.

Maintain the unit of measure pressing the third (bottom) button. There you can add the text. It's a view of table T006A

I have maintained the unit of measure pressing the third (bottom) button. & added the text. Will that automatically add entry in T006A table in DB.

It will add the text in your development system. Once you release and transport the Change Request the text will be added in the rest of your systems, just like any customizing.

hi,

once adding the text in development system and after transport the Change Request the text will be added in the rest of the systems, Will that affect any other units coz I have the same Unit with Display name as DRM & technical as DR.
