I suggest that you get training and/or employ someone with experience in this area. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you use the search for terms like role build methodology or role build approach you will find various ideas about how to structure access.  In SRM it is likely to revolve heavily around the organisational structure so speak to your functional team about how they see it working.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
