Selection screen problem

Hi Guys,

I have defined parameter of 255 characters but it accepts only 132 characters.

Same problem occurs with select option field also.

Can any body tell me how shd i overcome this problem?

Is this due to the technical constraint?

p_cntnt(255) TYPE c LOWER CASE. "Email Content

It does not accept more than 132 char.

Set the VISIBLE LENGTH also with the parameter.

try this may be this will solve your problem,

data var type c length 225.

parameter p_var like var.
