I have found these to be interlated so you keep revisiting them as the activity progresses and keep on refining and updating them.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-Draw up process maps for the current process and the way it is expected &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;to be, and run a gap analysis.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-Perform a stakeholder analysis&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-From the stakeholder analysis, draw an influence map&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-Identify the cost of change for the stakeholders based on the gap &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;analysis. Remember that is this context, most costs are not financial.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-Develop a communications and training plan.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Reward points if found helpfull...&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Cheers,&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Siva.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
