I have found these to be interlated so you keep revisiting them as the activity progresses and keep on refining and updating them.</P><P></P><P>-Draw up process maps for the current process and the way it is expected </P><P>to be, and run a gap analysis.</P><P></P><P>-Perform a stakeholder analysis</P><P></P><P>-From the stakeholder analysis, draw an influence map</P><P></P><P>-Identify the cost of change for the stakeholders based on the gap </P><P>analysis.
