Hello!

We use transaction co24. It allows select several production orders and dowland missing components to file. This transaction does not recalculate missing parts. If you want to recalculate missing parts in open production orders, you can ue e.g. COIS or COMAC.

Best Regards,

Marcin

Hi,

I'm looking for a table which provides me missing components of several already issued production orders. For example, in 1...100 orders, a..x are missing components. Any ideas?

Thanks,

Suneela.

Hi,

Selection criteria are limited and report layout cannot be manipulated to suit this situation (add/remove columns, filter, sort, etc). Transaction COOIS (Production Order info system) can provide this. In the selection screen, select "Components" in the 'List' field and "Production Order Components" in the 'Profile' field. Select the orders by the appropriate criteria for your situation - eg by material, or by w/centre, or by scheduled date, or by order status, or even combinations. Run the report - the standard layout for this selection should show 'requirements qty' and 'withdrawal qty' columns, but may not show 'shortage' qty - if not, pull it into the layout using the 'change layout' button.

Reward points if found helpfull...

Cheers,

Siva.
