Hi,

To monitor each user profile is not a solution to your problems. You should tightly configure the user profiles, and take care of your basis. Also, when multiple users use a single ID, your information will not be correct, and this can lead to problems and more difficulties. However, it is possible to monitor your users. In order to do so, select the line item in the transaction (invoice posting) and go to the environment menu. Then click on item changes. The item changes will be displayed, and you can determine who has altered what and when.

Reward points if found helpfull...

Cheers,

Siva.
