Hey Fidel,

I guess to acheive this you need to copy the main window of the first page and paste it to the second page. The thing that you will have to bear in mind is that all the contents will be replicated here as well. The only thing that you can change is to add other windows to this page. I guess this is a normal kind of a requirement as all would like to have a different set other page windows showing different data and the main window remains the same.

Regards,

Sudhi

Hi all,

I have a problem with Smartforms,

I created two different pages in the same form and I want to be able to print the second page n times until all the data is printed. to do that I'll need a main window, but I keep getting the error that says that I can't have to main windows in the same form.

My first page is for Contracts and the Second one is for adendums.

Can some want tell me how to do this without creating a new form for the adendums?

Thanks in advanced,

Fidel

Hi,

Here is a work around. I am assuming your first page also coule run into multiple pages depending on the line items you have on the contract. That makes it difficult for the main page to be on multiple pages.

If you addendums are hard coded texts, I would suggest to develop a nes SMART Form and call the same right after the CONTRACT smart form. This way you will have the flexibility of the addendum SMART form be used any where else also.

Hi Fidel ,

You can create a single form , with a single main window . The elements in the window can be printed conditionally , by setting the conditions ( e.g you can put the conditions in the TABLE or Template ) . If the Contracts page need s to be printed then the conditions in the elements relevant for the contracts should be true . If the adendums needs to be printed then the condition elements relevant for the addendums should be true . The conditions can be set inside the program lines node inside the form .

Thanks ,

Sudipto

Thanks guys for the help.

now I have a new question.

In the contracts the signature has to be part of the body of the contract (it can't be printed in a page by itself). My question is how can I control this part to be print always as part of the contract an not alone in a page (in case it doesn't fit in the last page of the contract Smart form will printed by itself). How can I prevent that from happening?
