Evalution Path in Org Structure

Hi,

I have a requirement that a user should be able to jump into other's inbox from his inbox and take the action on Workflow workitems. I am planning to use concept of Inbox Views. Inbox Views are based on Evalution Paths that are maintained through

IMG -> SAP Web AS -> Business Management -> Basic Settings -> Number Range Maint -> Maintain Eval Path

Question: Someone has already worked on Evalution Paths? Is there any document which explains how to work with evalution paths?

My requirement of the Evaluation path:

It should be possible for those users who are also one of the possibles agents of the tasks as that of the current user.

Hi Karthik;

Evaluation paths are used for the selection of objects in evaluations. You select an evaluation path and the system evaluates the structure along this evaluation path. The report only takes into account the objects that it finds using the specified evaluation path.
