Hi,

If you forcefully import those objects, the already existing objects(with same name) will get overwritten. So either of the objects are to be renamed and then only transport.

Hope this helps.

Regards,

Renjith Michael.

hi folks,

i have an issue trying to import a package from a 4.6 system to an ides ecc6 system...

the import of a 'z' package fails with return code 8 as some objects within the package have been created manually in the target ides system...

what will happen if i re-import the package with unconditional option set?

will i get duplicate objects attached to different packages, or will it overwrite each object with the correct/existing package from the source system?

thanks in advance,

drew
