mandant copy problem

i parametrized the strategies of liberation of order requests and purchase orders and it worked correctly, after this, it was made a mandant copy and in the new mandant, it does not recognize the strategies of liberation in spite of not to have modified anything. The documents cannot be released but it is not possible either to be worked with them, can anybody give me an idea of what can be happened?,

Do you have any dumps (ST22) or other system problems (SM21) after client copy ?

If I understood correctly, you created some release strategies for Purchase Orders and Requisitions and they worked in one client.

Now you transported them to another client or server, and it is not working there. If I am on the right track so far, then let us try to figure out the problem here.

What is not working? Are you not getting the notifications in the users' inbox? Or are they not able to approve? Have you checked if the org chart is correct? Have you checked if the configuration is same in both the places?

Please let us know.
