hi all experts.....i hav urgent requirement on bapi.

my client want to enter the po details not through me21. he wants a custom transaction (custom screens) so that if wat ever he enter in that transaction that should go internallyy through me21 and hit the database tables. here i hav doubt is that hw could link the custom transaction and the me21 .wat could be the possible code to use. he wants to use bapi to create the data. wat bapi should be used and hw to use. plz can any one experts solve my problem its urgent requirement.

Make use of the BAPI's:

BAPI_PO_CHANGE Change purchase order

BAPI_PO_CREATE1 Create purchase order

Hi.

Just use the BAPI BAPI_PO_CREATE and read its documentation for the tables and structures to use. Also, consult your MM consultant to provide you with appropriate specifications for your program (PO document type etc).
