    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I think instead of updating the Database Table directly you must try and use the step provided in IMG(T Code SPRO) to create a dynamic action.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The path in IMG to be followed is &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Personnel Management-&amp;gt;Personnel Administration-&amp;gt;Customizing Procedure-&amp;gt; Dynamic Actions&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Make use of the Documentation provided there for better clarity of steps to be followed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Reward if helpful.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi Gurus,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have coded a perform in a report for a dynamic action to be performed for while updating IT0416.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could you please tell me that if I am making an entry in the table T588Z will this be accomplished ?
