SAP installation error

Hi Gurus,

I get the following error while trying to install SAP R/3 4.7:

Creating or updating all NT registry entries from the tNT_RegistryEntries table succeeded.

FSL-02015 Node F:\usr\sap does not exist.

MOS-01082 File system node F:\usr\sap with type DIRECTORY does not exist.

FJS-00012 Error when executing script

I'm even unable to access F:\usr folder..

Please help me to rectify this problem to continue with installation.

Hi,

Please delete every thing about SAP installation from your system and then try once again.

Most of time this solves the problem. If this does not solve your problem contact your system Admin or basis person.

Dont worry. Just follow the below steps and it works 110%.

Right click on 'usr' folder --> goto properties, and select the "security tab" and click on "Allow " button selecting every user.(administrator, creator, system, users[asp users])

Open the "usr" folder and repeat the above process for "sap" folder.

ALL the permissions should be allowed to all the users. Now, follow the installation process.
