Hi,

Tcode SNOTE is not changing "processing status" to "Complete" after successfully implementing a note.

Please help.

Hi,

Correct. When you implement a note it's status is 'In processing', you then have to test that it solves your problem. When you've done that you have to manually set it's status to 'Complete' or 'Not relevant', choose SAP note -> Set Processing status to set this.

I have tested it,it didn't solve my problem even after implementing the note.

Waht is the current processing status.

Hi,

The user who is processing an SAP Note specifies its processing status. This status indicates whether a user has already processed this SAP Note, and if so, to which extent.

You can set the following processing statuses in the Note Assistant:

New

You have loaded the SAP Note into your system, but have not yet processed it.

In processing

A user is processing the SAP Note.

Completed

You have followed the instructions in the SAP Note and implemented any corrections in your system. The processing of the SAP Note has now been completed.

Not relevant

You have read the SAP Note and decided that it is not relevant, for example because it refers to a function that you do not user.

So you have to manually set the processing status.

Place the cursor on the note. From menu SAP Note->Set Processing Status.

Hi,

The note is still in processing state from 3 days.But note implementation status shows it as "Implemented completely".

The issue for which we applied this note is not yet resolved.Is it the problem with SNOTE transaction itself?
