    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;depends on the organization you're in.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;CR (change request) is in my experience a change to an already approved design or concept. The change probably costs some additional effort i.e. money, so there is an official procedure of applying for and approving/rejecting CRs.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;An approved CR will usually lead to a technical transport request to get the change to the subsequent systems in your landscape.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cheers&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thomas&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
