    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;hye,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;  When i trying to use additional help link, i am getting a message in the browser saying " browser staring" but ending up with a error diolog " For details please check the entries in in file SAPDOCCD.log in the windows directory. please help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

Go to transaction SR13 and check the entries under the tab 'HTMLHelpFile' and set the path appropriately. If you don't know what values to use, ask your admin person.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
