F4 pressed on screen field

Hi Everybody,

Can we somehow know whether on the particular field F4 has been pressed???

One can do GET CURSOR to know the screen field but whether can we know whether F4 been pressed on that field???

Please help me out.

You can capture this in process on value request.

Set some variable to "X" here and then use it in program.

After usage clear the variable so that it is available for reuse .

if F4 is pressed in report selection-screen the following event will get triggered.

at selection-screen on value-request for <selescreen field> .

in the module pool program

<b>process on value-request.</b>

field <screen filed> module <module name>. " within the module you will be writing the logic

Can you tell us what exactly you are trying to achieve? Probably a better solution can come.
