Hi Sunitha,

Report Tree:

Use:

The report tree data structure was changed in SAP R/3 Release 4.6B. Existing report trees must be adjusted to the changed data structures if they are to continue to be used. This also allows you to put reports in the user menu in the role maintenance.

Procedure

       1. Call the transaction RTTREE_MIGRATION. The migration is automatically executed.

Transaction codes are assigned to all reports in a tree during the migration.

       2. In the SAP Reference IMG, call Set Namespace for Report Tree Migration under the node SAP Web Application Server ®System Administration. You can, if you wish, enter a company-specific prefix for the transaction codes here.

Try this links for report Tree.

http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04s/helpdata/en/5d/ced3703fa411d5b3d20050dae02d7c/frameset.htm

http://hackaback.googlepages.com/MicrosoftWord-ReportTree.pdf

Plzz Reward if it is useful,

Mahi.

Edited by: Maheswari Chegu on Dec 30, 2007 6:46 AM

You can start variants just like any other reports.

To display the variants of a report in a different way:

...

       1. Choose Display

You see a list of variants defined for the report.

If you want to start a report in the background, you must create a variant first.

For more information about working with variants, see:

Variants

Displaying Report Documentation

To display detailed documentation about a report:

...

       1.
