Hi. I'm Cherrie again. Would ask if we could include other pages from screen to one Excel File as we save using System->List->Save->Local File?

Hi Prabhu Rajesh,

In T-Code ZCO901, where we could view Cost Center Performance Report, we need to export the report to excel. So we used menu System->List->Save->Local File to save the report. However, some of the columns especially those following the first page are not included in the saving. Only the first horizontal page columns are saved. You need to scroll next to view the next page and save it to another excel file. Just as to say, those columns seen on the screen are the only ones saved in excel.

How can I extend the saving up to the last page of the report to a single excel file?

Hi Cherrie!

Transaction ZCO901 is home made, so you could edit it and download the data through Function Module GUI_DOWNLOAD into an specific path of your hard disk.
