authorization to MM module

Hi friends,

i have to create role for MM module.

steps:

1) i have assigned all transaction to the particular role from MENU

2) clicked on AUTHORIZATION tab CHANGE AUTH

3)then it has asked for ORG> values (iecompany code,purchasing group, purch. organisation, warehouse no., didvision), all these.

4) Now i have to Enter "CUSTOMIZATION VALUES". where i can enter this value

i have different values for different role. i have to assingn this values for all 20 roles

so i think i need Auth object where i can add Customization value.

Hi Nirgun,

What customisation values have you been given?

It sounds like you need to maintain different customisation values for the auth objects in the role, but you need to know what they are controlling and which authorisation objects you need to restrict as per the requirements.
