VBBE Table for Sales Order Open Quantity......

Hi Experts,

In VBBE Table I found sales Order Open Quantity but Some of the Materials are not showing in this VBBE table which are still pending (Open).

What may the reason.

Hi,

VBBE table shows entries for which materials that open quantity exists i.e. Quantiy that to be delivered (not delivered) and when schedule lines exists for that material.

If you want all the materials for the vbeln then you can select from VBAP tbale where you will get all the materials even though no open quantity exists also.

So when there is some open quantity exist and schedule line exists for some qty it will show.Otherwsie we dont get entry from VBBE table

Thanks for reply.

For the Material open quantity exist and schedule line also exists but eventhough it is not showing in VBBE.

It may be the item category. ie.YBAB-items are not displayed in VBBE table, because the requirement type is different.
