Unicode conversion - - Resouces requirements.

Dear All,

We are in the process of Converting our non-unicode system to unicode system. [4.7 ent . MDMP]

In this connection we have gone through SAP Unicode conversion guide.

Now our challalleneg is to identify technology consultant for the activities.

We identified Basis resource for Export and import activities.

Now to carry out spumg and sumg activities who is the approperiate technical resource.

Are these activities need to be carried by Basis resource or ABAP

resource.

We need openion from every one ...

As we converted our sysem to unicode spumg was done by basis team, but alot of work before and after the spumg hast to be done by the application team cause there are functional decisions to be taken, not only technical ones.

Hello ,

We have recently did conversion of many programs . But we don't understand how to carry test for these programs to check whether these are really unicode compliant or not .

If anybody is aware of the unicode compliant testing , please let us know .
