Hi,

The possible checklist i can think of ....

1. Check whether the user to whom it is sent has a valid email id maintained in user master SU01.

2. Check whether the sender has a valid email id maintained. If it is a background job, still it has to be scheduled from some userid. So check for the email id.

Hope this helps you.

Regards,

Subbu.

We have set up RSWUWFML to send out emails if user's have workitems in their intrays. The program seems to work fine and puts the emails in the queue in SCOT. However when it comes to actually sending the emails out they fail. Other emails are being sent out fine but not any generated by RSWUWFML. They have an error message that says Sendmail failure 1.

Anyone got any ideas about this?

Thanks

Rob
