Recently I've got an error in smart form when i debug the program the variable contains the value i want to show but when its shown in the smart form the last three strings in the sentences shifts to be in the start of the sentence as following in item/material cell please help .

It seems to be a Right-To-Left text direction issue (arabic). Refer to the SAP note 587150 - Support of Arabic-script languages, which gives some references to other notes about behaviors in smart forms (especially the note 822634 - RTL SAPScript/Smartforms printing with embedded LTR texts).

sap note can't be imlpmented 😕

No, of course, they can't be implemented, because they are recommendations/additional info. Please, read them. If they don't satisfy you, then you should contact the SAP support.
