When we try to start sap, we get the following error: GSS-API(min): No such file or directory&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas????  The detailed error message is below.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-&lt;/P&gt;&lt;HR originaltext="--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------" /&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;  File "/usr/local/lib/snckrb5.so" dynamically loaded as SNC-Adapter.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;N    The Adapter identifies as:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;N    External SNC-Adapter (Rev 1.0) to Kerberos 5/GSS-API v2&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;N  SncInit():   found snc/identity/as=p:svc-sap-sso-dev/etsa.com.au@UTILITIES.ETSA.NET.AU&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;N  *** ERROR =&amp;gt; SncPAcquireCred()==SNCERR_GSSAPI  [sncxxall.c 1432]&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;N        GSS-API(maj): Unspecified GSS failure.       <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Kindly have a look on &amp;lt;a href="https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/150380"&amp;gt;SAP Note 150380&amp;lt;/a&amp;gt;: you cannot simply mix different Kerberos implementations - you need to ensure that they are interoperable.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you want to ensure that you obtain support in case of unexpected problems, I strongly recommend to use an officially supported SNC product (see &amp;lt;a href="https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/66687"&amp;gt;SAP Note 66687&amp;lt;/a&amp;gt;).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards, Wolfgang&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
