I've searched SDN and tried all manner of suggested BAPI's - BBP_INB_DELIVERY_CREATE, BAPI_INB_DELIVERY_SAVEREPLICA, GN_DELIVERY_CREATE. I keep getting the same issue - preceeding document data not transmitted.
