Namespace does not exist

Hi All,

We are in the process of upgrade from 4.7 to ECC 6.0 .

In the process of applying modification adjustments we can see a Table name under Deleted Objects.

Do we need to create this table in the shadow instance ?

When i try to create it is give an error saying /RWD/ name space does not exist.

but when i check /RWD/* i find there are 15 tables which are existing .

It seems the client created the /RWD/ namespace and so many tables under it but in upgradation we see one table is deleted. It is not allowing to create it .

Please let me know what can we do here . Can we create a Ztable with all these details now and make changes to all the programs which are using this table name .

Please suggest best practice in this .

Hi Reddy,

may be the namespace is not marked editable.

Check table TRNSPACE, there you'll find the edit flag.

If it is not set, set it and try again creating.

If it doesn't work either you need to check if there is a valid licence number entered in the namespace-specification (transaction SE03).
