      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have implemented HCM on out existing R/3 and now we have all the sensitive data in the production.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In my production system there are some users who has SE16(data browser) and thet can dump those sensitive data from the production system.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I want to restrict those sensitive data for non HR users.Can any one guide me that how to do.I have some small idea this can be done trough authorization object.(S_TABU_DIS)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Pls provide me step by step procedure guide for this.I am totally new to SAP Basis and pls provide me the procedure doc if u have.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Roshantha&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
