Problem in Dowloading the data in Spreadsheet - ALV Report

Hi All,

My ALVreport is related to Email Sending.

When i download the output datas in spreadsheet in ALV LIST Display it is showing the Delivery no(1st field total 8 characters) correctly.

When i download the output data in spreadsheet in ALV GRID Display, the Delivery no is showing only first 7 Characters , 8th Character is missing..

fieldcatalog-fieldname = 'VBELN'.

fieldcatalog-seltext_m = 'Delivery'.

fieldcatalog-col_pos = 0.

fieldcatalog-outputlen = 10 .

APPEND fieldcatalog TO fieldcatalog.

CLEAR fieldcatalog.

Pls reply your suggestions to this issue...

Hi,

Please change COLPOS to 1 from 0.

fieldcatalog-fieldname = 'VBELN'.
fieldcatalog-seltext_m = 'Delivery'.
fieldcatalog-col_pos = 1.
fieldcatalog-outputlen = 10 .
APPEND fieldcatalog TO fieldcatalog.
CLEAR fieldcatalog.

Please place the cursor on the field value & check whther the complete number is available.

It could be possible that the entire no. is downloaded but the width of column is less & hence only 7 characters are displayed.
