    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The relavant BAPI is BAPI_OBJCL_CREATE. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can read the characteristics by using BAPI: BAPI_OBJCL_GETDETAIL &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Plz check other BAPIs in FuGr: CLBPA which might help you. You can find FM Documentation for most of the BAPIs in this FuGr.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If this is a one time load, I suggest you to take up this task by LSMW: &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;PRE&gt;&lt;CODE&gt;Object               0130   Classification

      <title>Regarding BAPI</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi There,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am trying to assign equipment to classes(via cl20n)and characteristic value thrg bapi.I am in need of BAPI for assignment of equipment to classes.I tried using BAPI_EQUI_CHANGE , but it doesn't consists of class type (CLASS)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and characteristic valu(ATWRT)., Can anyone please help me in finding bapi for this consists of fields EQUNR,CLASS &amp;amp; ATWRT.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sumanth.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
