Display report side by side

Hi,

I have a report (Interactive) program to display the material details when a plant and material number is entered.

Now the requirement is that user wnats to see the report for 2 plants side by side, means on the left side the material details for 1 plant and on the right side material details for other plant, so that user can compare 2 plant data side by side.

Then what r the changes i need to do for this requirement.

Hi,

You can create by calling a SCREEN in your report program.

Place ALV CUstom containers 2 in nos. on the screen.

In the 1st ALV pass details of 1st plant & in 2nd alv of 2nd plant.

This is not a ALV display, its a simple classical display.

Hi Sunil ,

The only way to acheive it is to format the output , i.e. when you are writing the details of the first plnat on the same line wite the details of the other plant .

In the present program am retrieving data from 6 different tables to 6 internal tables and finally to one internal table. Is that i need to make any changes in the internal table or i need to create one more internal table.
