How to convert the local objects into the transportable Object..

Assign a Transportable package to it.

in MENU->GOTO->OBJECT DIRECT ENTRY -> change package from $TMP to any transportable package.

If it is a report, then goto SE38

Goto --> Object Entry Directory

Click on change button and give in the new package for it.

Hi,

u can do it like this

MENU->GOTO->OBJECT DIRECT ENTRY -> change package from $TMP to zsd,whre zsd is the package name...

Hi Rahul,

Go to the change mode and in the menu bar GoTo--> Object Directory entry

there you could chenge into another request.

Hi..

Actually i m working on SWO1 transaction and saved the methods in the local objects. But to release it , it must be transportable..

So How to make it transportable...

copy that object to another object,while saving it ll ask the package name,assign the new package to it.
