Multilple Bill Printing...

Hi,

How to Print the Multiple Billing documents?

If we go VF31 by giving the billing document range...

Its displaying the message " No Messages for Initial Processing Exits".

I give the processing mode is 1.

Pls advise...

Hi,

try it with the processing mode 2.

You can also take a look to the customizing NACE and check if multiple print outs are allowed.

The error is occuring since you are trying to print Bills which are already processed.

Change the processing mode to 2 (repeat processing) and it shud work.

Hi,

Yes. It is working for Process Mode 2.

But i want to Printout Mutiple Billing Documents for First Time by process Mode 1.

Is there any alternate to print Multiple Billing Documents?

Because VF02 is for Single Document any Tcode for Multiple...

For that you would first need to create / change a billing doc from VF01/VF02.... only then it means that you are printing a doc for the first time.... once printed you would have to repeat the process.

change your masterdatas for the message type. VV32

Here you can define how much times the print out shout come.

You can also define it inside the customizing. NACE
