      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;ALE is set up between local and global box to send Employee data. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Users found out some discrepancies between the data and now we want to verify data between these 2 systems is in sync&amp;#133;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any suggestion how to address above task&amp;#133;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for suggestions...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now challenge is...one system is global and another local. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Global is data source...so we will like to compare data from Global to local..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;From Global data, we just want to compare local data...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Example: global is having World Wide employee data and we will like to compare only US employee data..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How to do that..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
