hi can any one tell me i am doing the monitoring job of ale idocs (BD87),i didnt find any idocs on the screen what could be the reason? i have checked every selection screen values all are correct,i am thinking that the job might not run today thats wat the reason?is it correct.

Also what to do if idoc has the ststus 64 and 52.

Hi,

if you can't find idocs, the job hasn't run or you are on the wrong client,

64 IDoc ready to be transferred to application

this means it can be processed by the application and passed all checks,

your batches will put them into the correct tables, or you should do it yourself

by a function module at your site (check the specs)

52 Application document not fully posted

here you have a problem on the posting, meaning, your segments aren't filled

correctly (check all mandatory fields of the structure and the relations of the

values with the customizing)

hi Vaasu..

To check the Status of Background job goto Tcode SM37 - Job Overview.

If the Status of IDOCs is 64 that means the Posting is done in background. So the Program RBDAPP01 has to be scheduled to process these idocs.

Or Run the<b> Tcode bd20.</b>

hi,

goto table TEDS1 -> display o/p -> u ll get the list of all status of an idoc.

i think ur problem might be u didn't created a partner profile at receiver side. check it.

for an idoc u have to create a partner profile at sender n receiver side also.

WE20 -> T.code for Partner Profile [ should be done at both sides]

WE21 -> T.code for Port [ should be done at both sides]

WE05 r WE02 -> checking the status of an idoc

BD64 -> distributing ur idoc or rceiver from sender [ should be done at both sides]

give me ur mail id ill send u a document which contains all steps for an custom idoc creation n transformation.
