If im trying to logon, it says the user is already logged on. Im thinking if I continue with the logon, i might throw someone off the system and they will lose their work. Is there any other way around it? Thank you.

Whenever a user log on into the syatem.

say with user id abap01 then if a window opens with three radio buttons, if you choose the first one then it will terminate all other logons with abap01 only not other say abap02 logons. dont worry about others work if you have your unique user id. go for the first option.

if there are multiple users using abap01 then choose second radio button.

still u can check after logon, go to transaction su04 , what others are doing.

reward if useful.

Amit singla

amit.singla@intl.pepsico.com
