    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi vinay,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;IDOC is a data container.it consists of 3 types of records.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1.control records&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2.data records&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3.status records.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;control rec cosists of data about sender and reciever &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;data records have the actual data.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;status records hv the status of the idoc as it will be in different states during its execution.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;reward if useful&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi Vinay,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Data in IDOc is stored in segments, the output from Idoc is obtained by reading the data stored in its respective segments.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you want IDoc data in file then go the port address(WE21) where the IDoc goes. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;or contact the EDI team they can send you the IDoc file.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
