Print Problem in Smartform

Hi Folks,

I have a problem in Printing the Smartform.I was able to see the print preview but when I click on Print it is showing some print log screen showing errors.what could be the possible reasons?Kindly let me know.

Check if u have given output type.

Output type is assigned with a medium, partner and language

select this line and press communication methods

there you assign the printer name, number of messages and the print seetings like print immeidately, save along with transaction..like that some 4 options will be there, check them.

Also have you created a page format.If yes,then that has to be assigned to the device.This is done by the basis person.

It really depends on how your printers are set up. Somewhere between the SAP spool and the physical printer something is either not set up correctly, or not running. Perhaps if you provided the actual error log the community could provide you with some insight.

I am getting the following error.

unable to start print job,windows rc = -1

error = overlapped i/o operation is in progress

In NACE we have done everything but still it is giving proglem.Kindly let me know.

Get your Basis guys to check the Windows spool process is running and if it is recording any errors. It looks like everything in SAP and your form is ok.
