change requestno problem!

hi,

when I release a change requestno,there is a lock icon after the requestno,has anyone know this prolem's solution,pls help me. thank you.

HI,

If it says its lock means ur object is not activated. plz check ur object all the fm etc and activate them.

Hi,

You can chnage the owner of the request to your name. And try to release the request number. Probably some also using the same request number.

You can see users using the transport under task.

Also make sure that all objects under request number are active.
