Hello Guys,

iam maintaining view in that iam maintaining language SPRAS ,it is creating and saving it as EN but when i go back to view iam unable to see the field value EN.can u please help me its really urgent .

Hi attesh,

What i need is when i save the entry with language EN or any other language it is creating an entry with language i specify but when i go back to the transaction again the language key vanishes ...

but when i check the table the language is maintained.

for example i create an entry

co. code aa01

language EN

text Philp Morris

its creating an entry

but when i go back to the transaction to view the saved entries language 'EN' vanishes it doesn't show up.. Could you please help me in this regard.

In a lot of cases, a value of EN on screen for language is just saved as E in the table due to a conversion routine.

This may be your problem?

hi ateesh,

I am creating a custom view in which i am joining 2 tables.

for example

table 1 : mandt

sales org

table 2 : mandt

sales org

language

text

by maintaining the view user can create entries in their own language.

i am able to create an entry successfully but when i go back to the transaction again to view my entry its showing me the entry but the language fields doesn't show me as "EN".its simply disappears..

hi andrew,

yeah its correct its saving as E in table but it is not displaying even E in the view.what could be the solution for this?
