The user who runs this report should be able to view all the employee data he wishes to see.</P><P></P><P>The problem occurs when the user tries to see an employee data for which he is not authorized to.Hence, I want to switch off these authorizations and make sure the user has access to all employee datas.</P><P></P><P>I understand that using Function Module 'HR_READ_INFOTYPE_AUTHC_DISABLE' helps in bypassing the authority checks for HR_READ_INFTY.
