Hello,

The spool file of the archive write job will contain how many records per table were archived. If you no longer have the spool file, you will only be able to get the number of header records archived by going into the Management data and adding up the number of objects per archive file.

To check the archiving file path, go to the customizing information of the archive object. Select the Technical Settings under the Archiving Object-Specific Customizing section. This will show you the logical file name. This information is also in the AOBJ information. From there, you would go to transaction FILE. Find the logical file name and see what logical path is associated with it. The logical file path definition will contain the actual path.

Hope this helps.

Regards,

Karin Tillotson
