BAPI_PRICES_CONDITIONS date split

Hello,

I'm using the BAPI BAPI_PRICES_CONDITIONS and have a question regarding Conditions Termination.

Example:

One Condition with periode 01/01/2005 -> 31/12/9999 already exist. Is the BAPI able to handle a new Condition with the same Variable Key and a new Periode 01/01/2007 -> 31/12/9999?

For my opinion should happen following:

Cond. 1. 01/01/2005 -> 31/12/2006 (Update - Termination)

Cond. 2. 01/01/2007 -> 31/12/9999 (Insert)

I got always an error during the process. Maybe the BAPI is not able to do this and I have to check the periodes by myself before runing the BAPI?

Hi Shankar,

I am not sure of doing this through program... It is done manually, first you need to change condition validity period and mark it for deletion flag....& then insert a new validity period....

Did u try this FM for delimiting the period "SD_CD_TIMEVAKEAKT_TO_XKONDAT"
