what purpose u want to close your item in bsid.

Generally it is close when your mm and fi period is close.

so check it.

Hi,

You will not get the closed/Cleared items in BSID table (related to Customer).

IF you want to cleared/closed items, you have take the document number, GL from BSID and go to BSAD table and pass the document number and GL to BSAD table. Then you will get the closed/cleared items.

The close row option is one of the new things in SBO2005A SP01 (Will be released Q2 2006), so no - it cant be done in SBO2004. This however only seem to be in the client an not an option in the SDK afaik

For G/L bsid-umsks, bsid-umskz are there which one i have to take. And in G/L which type to take.

its your tansaction type and special g/l indiator.

you take special g/l indiacto and posting key(bsid-bschl) where they r match

where this posting key used its your closing billing documents.

you can help your fi person for that.
