hi all

where to write SAP note?

what are the things we shud follow to let them understand the issue? like preparing documentation..etc

i got id and pass for service.sap

Hi,

You will have to write the notes in service.sap.com. since u got the username and pwd. you can go directly there and do it. You will have to got to the oss notes section to search and you can also go to support notes

Hi,

We can not write anything in SAPNOTE. SAP NOTES willl be prepared by SAP itslef.

You are saying that you have user ID and password, so log onto service.sap.com then look at the Specfic notes, if you want to implement these notes, then download them to Desktop. then goto SNOTE transaction code in SAP then implement this SAP NOTE
