1. Organizing the entire project

2. Developing strategies and procedures for an efficient SAP implementation

3. Developing and maintaining the time schedule for the implementation project

4. Finalizing and managing the project scope, budget and deadlines in

accordance with the approved plans

5 Assigning and managing resources

6 Monitoring project progress on a weekly basis

7. Carrying out evaluations and analyses

8. Carrying out a formal review at the end of each phase

9. Clarifying open issues in good time

10 Reporting regularly to the review committee on the progress and status of the

project.

11 Representing the project internally and externally

12 Giving status updates to the whole project team
